We’re looking for someone who knows how to MOVE one.

Lowbeds. Heavy equipment. All-in loads. Tractor-trailer combinations. Heavy-duty recovery equipment.

When the load is big, the hours are late, and the move has to be done safely, professionally, and right the first time , you’re the driver we want behind the wheel.

NETC Fleet Services is hiring an experienced CDL-A Heavy Transport Driver for our Exeter operation.

This is a part-time, per diem night position built for an experienced commercial driver who knows heavy transport, communicates like a professional, and stays cool when the job gets complicated.

You’ll operate and work around equipment including:

Tractor-Trailer Combinations

Lowbeds & Heavy Equipment Transport

Heavy-Duty Wreckers

Rollbacks

⚙️ Recovery Vehicles

You’ll work closely with a dispatch team that understands the job, communicates with you throughout the shift, and helps keep every move coordinated from start to finish.

This role is for a driver who’s comfortable working nights and understands that heavy transport requires patience, awareness, communication, and attention to detail.

Rotating On-Call Weekend Availability Required

This is a strong fit for an experienced CDL-A driver looking for additional heavy-haul work without committing to a traditional full-time schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL DOMOVE BIG EQUIPMENT — SAFELY AND PROFESSIONALLY.

Execute lowbed and heavy-equipment transport moves safely and on schedule

Operate tractor-trailer combinations over 26,000 lbs. GVWR

Handle equipment loading, positioning, securement, and transport with attention to safety

Complete DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections — every trip, every time

Maintain accurate driver logs, trip sheets, and Tow Book documentation

Navigate efficiently using maps, GPS, route planning, and good judgment

Communicate proactively with Dispatch throughout your shift

Represent NETC professionally when dealing with customers in the field

Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures

Keep your truck clean, maintained, and road-ready

Identify and report mechanical or safety issues immediately

Heavy transport leaves very little room for shortcuts, ego, or guessing.

We want experienced drivers who know that doing the job safely IS doing the job professionally. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRINGTHE MUST-HAVES

✓ Valid CDL-A

✓ No automatic-transmission restriction

✓ Proven lowbed and heavy/all-in equipment transport experience

✓ 2+ years of commercial driving experience

✓ Active DOT Medical Card

✓ Clean driving record

✓ Experience safely operating large commercial vehicles and combinations

✓ Availability to work night shifts

✓ Availability for rotating on-call weekends

✓ High school diploma or equivalent

✓ Strong communication and situational awareness

✓ A safety-first mindset and professional attitude
