throughout the call, take care of the customer, and make sure the job is completed properly.We need drivers who can own the call.Provide professional heavy-duty towing, recovery, transport, and roadside assistanceComplete scheduled towing, transport, pickup, and delivery assignmentsSafely operate heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, and recovery vehiclesWork closely with Dispatch to coordinate calls, routes, timing, equipment, and job requirementsRespond to customer concerns with a calm, professional, solutions-first approachPerform required DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsMaintain accurate driver logs, trip sheets, and required weekly documentationNavigate efficiently using GPS, maps, route planning, and written or verbal instructionsFollow applicable DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety proceduresFollow proper accident and incident procedures when necessaryProtect company trucks, equipment, merchandise, and other assetsComplete towing and delivery documentation accurately through TowbookProperly handle hazardous and non-hazardous materials when requiredKeep your assigned truck clean, professional, and ready to rollReport mechanical and equipment problems to management immediatelyComplete dispatch and administrative paperwork accurately and on timeAssist with additional towing, transport, and recovery needs as assignedHorsepower gets
