Responsibilities Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Lead follow-up Real estate sales Database campaigns Lead generation Qualifications Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Present yourself in a professional manner Real Estate license required in order to work with clients Must live in an area Compensation $150,000 per year (or $150,000+ at plan) #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
