Site Manager 5 Location: Franklin, MA 02038 Job Overview Our client, a leading organization in the real estate and facilities management industry, is seeking a Site Manager 5 to join their engineering and facilities support team managing a large‑scale client portfolio. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, HVAC troubleshooting expertise, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the shift team and external vendors to ensure efficient maintenance operations. Maintain a safe, comfortable environment by operating and performing preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and life safety systems. Respond promptly to emergencies and alarms, conducting facility inspections and reporting on conditions affecting occupancy and operations. Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly operational reports, documenting work performance and procurement activities. Support safety procedures, hazard recognition, and participate in ongoing technical and safety training programs. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalent. At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Senior HVAC Tech, Lead HVAC Tech, or similar role, with 2+ years managing maintenance or engineering personnel. EPA Section 608 Universal certification and Massachusetts Refrigeration Technicians License or equivalent. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Building Management System (BMS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills with comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems.
