West Florida Regional Manager (DSP & Warehouse)

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Florida Region team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of DSP (Delivery Service Partner) management experience, with a proven track record of identifying operational pain points, conducting root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions. As a leader, you will bring strong execution and communication skills, prior experience managing teams of 10–15 people, and expertise in performance management. Proficiency in data visualization tools and the ability to leverage technology to improve operational performance and delivery quality are essential. Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Management Oversee the daily operations of Delivery Service Partners within the assigned territory. Monitor and ensure all DSP operational activities meet company standards and requirements. Build and maintain a DSP quality assurance framework to sustain high service standards. Warehouse Management Coordinate daily operations of warehouse service providers; ensure timely and high-quality warehouse services through effective communication, coordination, and continuous optimization. Operations Management Manage parcel operations; establish proactive monitoring systems and contingency plans to ensure customer delivery commitments are met. Prepare business transaction and operational efficiency reports. Conduct root cause analysis for operational failures and implement corrective measures. Drive the implementation of compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and protocols. Set KPIs and conduct performance management for team members. Lead daily operations review meetings; identify issues promptly and define corrective action plans. Lead large-scale project rollouts; interpret performance reports and guide operational optimization. Manage budgets and monitor the financial health of the assigned region or business unit. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent. Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken). Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in last-mile delivery operations management, with verifiable success cases in improving delivery service quality. Strong data analysis and reporting skills; ability to drive last-mile operational optimization through data-driven insights. Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced last-mile delivery environment. Willingness to travel and attend business meetings during China business hours.
