Our client, a leading manufacturer in the plastics and silicone industry, is seeking an Extrusion Operator to join their team. As an Extrusion Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Extrusion Operator

Location: Taunton, MA

Pay Range: $23.95

Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

What's the Job?

• Operate all equipment related to the extrusion process safely and efficiently.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ISO guidelines to ensure product quality.
• Inspect products and perform quality checks to minimize scrap and meet customer specifications.
• Set up extrusion processes for peroxide and platinum silicone materials with minimal supervision.
• Perform minor maintenance and routine inspections on equipment to ensure optimal operation.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
