A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide and grow a portfolio of select-service hotels. Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of multi-unit experience within select-service hotels
• Prior experience as a General Manager
• Proven track record of driving operational and financial results
• Ability to travel regularly to hotel properties in the portfolio

Preferred Background & Skills:

• Familiarity with revenue management tools (such as Lighthouse)
• Experience opening new properties or managing operational transitions
• Strong background in guest satisfaction and quality assurance programs

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for multiple hotel properties, ensuring brand compliance and high service standards
• Coach, develop, and hold property leaders accountable for performance
• Drive achievement of budgets and financial targets, including revenue, occupancy, and cost control
• Conduct regular property visits and audits to assess and improve performance
• Analyze guest feedback and implement action plans to enhance the guest experience
• Collaborate with ownership, brand partners, and corporate leadership to support growth and execute strategic initiatives
• Lead or support property openings, conversions, and integration activities
