MLR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's healthcare team in New Mexico. In this essential role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and prioritizing the well-being and recovery of your patients.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments while closely monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, document findings, and communicate any changes to the medical team.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient care records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to all healthcare policies and industry regulations.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Active RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state license is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is essential.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications must be obtained within six weeks of employment.
