Staff Accountant
We are actively building a pipeline of top-tier Staff Accountants for upcoming opportunities with high-growth organizations across multiple industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. If you're a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong general ledger experience, month-end close expertise, and a passion for financial accuracy—this is your opportunity to get ahead of the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle accounting including month-end and year-end close
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
- Analyze P&L and variances to identify trends and discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and controls
- Assist with audit support, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5+ years of Staff Accountant or General Ledger experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
