RN - Critical Care - Weekend Option

Role: The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care in the ICU, assessing, managing, and coordinating patient care during hospitalization. Responsibilities: Perform age-appropriate assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications, document care, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and families. Provide specialized care such as restraint and pain management, monitor patient condition, and recognize risks. Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with policies. Deliver high-quality, respectful, and compassionate service, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Participate in performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and team collaboration. Offer education and discharge planning, involving families in decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: Valid RN license in applicable states At least one year of RN experience BLS certification Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing demands and uphold safety and infection control standards Additional: Emphasis on professional accountability, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement Physical ability to perform duties Adherence to licensing and certification requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Proforma Health
