Location: Des Moines, IA

Compensation: $2137 - $2575 | Shift: 3x12 Rotating

Become a part of our healthcare team in Des Moines, IA, where you will collaborate with a vibrant group in a cutting-edge facility. This position calls for a proficient RN capable of both scrubbing and circulating, with experience across various surgical procedures, including general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma. As an essential team member, you will be expected to work across multiple campuses, ensuring comprehensive patient care.

• Execute both scrubbing and circulating responsibilities in the operating room
• Oversee patient care in a dynamic, high-volume setting
• Effectively utilize EPIC electronic medical records systems
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
• Engage in weekend and holiday rotations as necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Valid RN license in Iowa or a compact state
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• Experience with EPIC systems within the past 3 years
• Completion of a previous travel assignment within the last 15 months
• Experience in Trauma Level II is required; Level I experience is highly preferred
• Required experience in general, robotics, pediatrics, and trauma cases
• Additional experience in neurology, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, transplants, plastics, ENT, and vascular cases is highly desirable
