Polysomnographic Technologist

Per Diem Variable Shifts – Corona Regional Medical Center Reporting to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, this position is responsible for assisting the department director in supervising all CT/MRI exams performed by staff, technologists, and students. The candidate will operate imaging equipment to provide accurate diagnoses for designated body regions as ordered by physicians and will be responsible for proper computer knowledge and use of gamma and SPECT software. Operate CT and MRI imaging equipment to provide accurate diagnoses for designated body regions as ordered by physicians. Maintain proper computer knowledge and proficiency in gamma and SPECT software. Qualifications Minimum essential experience: At least three (2) years experience in CT procedures preferred. Licensure/certification: Certification by the California Department of Health Services and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) required; CT certification required as of July 1, 2015. Current State of California Fluoroscopy Permit required. Current BLS (CPR) Certificate required. Advanced Registry in Computerized Tomography (C.T.) preferred. I.V.
