PHILANTHROPIC ADVISOR, EASTERN OREGON The Philanthropic Advisor (PhAd) is responsible for introducing and familiarizing the Eastern Oregon region (Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa counties and the Confederated Tribe of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and Burns Paiute Tribes) with the work carried out by OCF. Partnering with OCF Colleagues, this position will perform strategic community outreach and cultivate and steward relationships with donors, prospective donors, nonprofit partners and professional advisors, volunteers and community leaders. PROGRAM OFFICER, NORTHERN WILLAMETTE VALLEY The Program Officer, in coordination with the Senior Program Officer and other program staff, serves as OCF's Community Engagement and Equity Department (CEED) representative in the Northern Willamette Valley region, based in the Salem OCF office. The Program Officer participates as a member of the local team committed to advance OCF's overall philanthropic mission in the region and works to implement the broad strategic goals of CEED. OCF is seeking someone with strong ties to this part of the state who is passionate about community engagement, outreach, and grantmaking in support of Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties and the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde. SENIOR COMPLEX GIFTS OFFICER, PORTLAND The Senior Complex Gifts Officer provides expert counsel regarding non-cash gifts to potential and current donors and provides effective community outreach and maintains collaborative working relationships with donors, OCF team members and professional advisors.
