Lean Production Supervisor - Safety, Quality & Team Growth
Auria Solutions
Auria Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Saint Clair, Michigan plant. You will supervise hourly staff, schedule labor, and drive safety, quality and continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing setting. Reporting to plant leadership, you will ensure equipment readiness and provide coaching to achieve production targets while upholding safety standards.
