Operations Associate (Full-Time, On-Site – Brickell, Miami) GovRecover is one of the fastest-growing fintech startups. We help people reclaim their funds. What We're Looking For We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and curious person to join our operations team on-site at our Brickell office. You’ll shadow our founders and core team, learn the ins and outs of our business, and gradually take over day-to-day operational tasks so we can scale and grow even faster. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to get their hands dirty in a fast-paced startup, learn a ton, and grow into a leadership or specialized role. Responsibilities Learn our internal processes across sales, fulfillment, and outreach Take ownership of recurring tasks and operational workflows Identify inefficiencies and help improve our systems Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coordination for specialized roles Be a flexible generalist - if it needs doing, you're on it Qualifications Recent graduate or early-career professional Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Curious and eager to learn fast Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with tech and open to learning new tools Based in Miami and able to work from our Brickell office Why Join Us?
