Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a PT Associate Manager located in Miami, FL. The PT Associate Manager will support daily store operations and drive business goals by delivering outstanding customer service, overseeing sales strategies, and collaborating with the management team. Responsibilities include assisting with staff training, ensuring operational excellence, analyzing sales performance, maintaining an organized store environment, and cultivating strong customer relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, and relationship management Team leadership, training, and coaching skills with a focus on collaboration Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays Previous experience in retail management or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr TUMI
