About the Role

As a Lead Technician, you'll be leading a team responding to water and property damage jobs in homes and businesses. You'll take charge of restoring properties, supporting customers during stressful situations, and keeping our equipment and job sites clean and professional. No two days are the same - this is hands-on, active work with room to grow.

What You'll Do

• Perform water restoration and cleanup work on residential and commercial jobs
• Document job activity, moisture readings, drying progress, and equipment usage throughout each project
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
• Communicate clearly with your supervisor, office staff, and teammates
• Follow safety procedures, uniforms, and company standards
• Treat customers with respect and empathy during difficult situations

Requirements:

• 1+ year of restoration work experience
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with physical labor in real-world environments (heat, humidity, tight spaces), lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the day
• Calm, respectful presence in customer homes and commercial sites
• Any related background is helpful (moving/pack-outs, construction, demolition, detailing, car wash, warehouse, general labor)
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Available for on-call and occasional weekend work
• Preferred: Current WRT and ASD certification

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay: $23-$26/hr (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses
• Total earning potential: $55,000-$85,000/year
• On-call and weekends as needed
• Paid training and industry certifications
• Clear path to becoming a Crew Chief and Project Manager
