HUB Inventory Planner

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our HUB Inventory Planner position for our branch operations group located at our San Antonio, TX branch. The Inventory Planner manages the daily activity of Inventory Planning for all branch locations supporting the Texas-Austin/West Texas Region. Position Responsibilities may include: Manage inventory stocking levels and item forecast for all branches in the Austin/West Texas Region of operations. (Parts and Equipment ARP maintenance)Plan inventory to ensure accurate allocations of product based on sales forecasts. Run reports and analysis to create and maintain databases and spreadsheets for different users or areas. Ensure good customer service while dealing with customers’ phone calls, follow-ups, and relationship management. Track and report efficiencies and yields associated with inventory management. Manage the reduction of excess and obsolete inventory. Report to management/supervision daily out of stock items/materials.Assists in cycle count discrepancy reconciliation at the branch level.Review, monitor, and address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out of stock risk to sales. Facilitation of all required SAP standard work tasks to support branch operations.Communicate effectively and promote information sharing between teams and departments. Working knowledge of SAP/WMS systems.
