Must-Have:
2 years of experience as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an emergency department setting.
Experience in a Level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center.
Teamwork mentality and ability to coach and give feedback in real-time.
Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department.


Description:
This position is for an RN in a rapid response role.
The nurse will work within a fast-paced emergency department environment.
Patient ratios are typically 4:1, with some scenarios up to 7:1 for behavioral health holds.
Technicians are available to assist in cardiac monitoring and internal processing.
Candidates should be familiar with documentation systems.
Advanced skills are needed for various procedures performed in the unit.
The unit values teamwork and a welcoming atmosphere.
The team focuses on providing excellent patient experiences and maintaining respectful behavior.
Candidates should have strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse patient populations.
All staff are expected to adhere to unit guidelines and policies outlined during the hiring process.
