The Commercial Operations Specialist will be part of the Business Operations team at Telix. Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Operations, this role will serve as the operational backbone of pricing, contracting, and commercial request coordination across the Px organization. This role is designed to remove operational burden from senior team members by owning intake, triage, coordination, and execution of high-volume, high-impact commercial workflows.

This individual will act as the central intake and coordination point for Salesforce.com driven requests, pricing submissions, and operational workflows. They will ensure all requests are properly vetted, tracked, and executed across multiple cross functional teams within the organization. The role requires strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing control of timelines or quality.

The ideal candidate is a high-output operator, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings order to chaos, and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. This role will significantly improve turnaround times, reduce operational friction, and create a more scalable and reliable execution model for commercial operations.


This role is designed to bring structure, discipline, and speed to these processes-ensuring requests are complete, workflows are coordinated, and execution is seamless.

Key Accountabilities:

• Pricing & Commercial Request Intake Management
  o Serve as the primary intake owner for all pricing-related requests, ensuring submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with required inputs before advancing
  o Validate pricing request details, including customer information, segment classification, volume assumptions, and supporting rationale
  o Manage Business Operations intake process (ticketing) from the commercial field, ensuring proper categorization, prioritization, and routing
  o Eliminate incomplete or low-quality submissions by enforcing intake standards and required fields
• Pricing Committee (PC) Preparation & Coordination
  o Prepare and organize all inputs for Pricing Committee review, ensuring materials are complete, accurate, and decision-ready
  o Coordinate with stakeholders to gather missing information and resolve inconsistencies prior to submission
  o Track all Pricing Committee decisions, ensuring outcomes are clearly documented and communicated
  o Support follow-ups and ensure all approvals are translated into actionable next steps
• End-to-End Workflow Execution & Coordination
  o Own coordination of operational approvals through to execution, including contracts, amendments, and system updates
  o Partner across Sales, Finance, Legal, Distribution, and Contracting teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment
  o Track progress of all active requests, proactively identifying bottlenecks and resolving delays
  o Ensure downstream execution is completed accurately, including pricing tables, system configurations, and documentation
• Operational Tracking & Visibility
  o Maintain centralized tracking of all active pricing, contracting, and operational requests
  o Provide regular updates to stakeholders on request status, timelines, and risks
  o Ensure full transparency across all stages of the workflow-from intake through execution
  o Develop and maintain reporting or dashboards that provide visibility into volume, turnaround times, and bottlenecks
• Data Validation & Quality Assurance
  o Validate accuracy of information across requests, contracts, and system updates
  o Ensure alignment between approved pricing terms and system implementation
  o Identify discrepancies or risks early and escalate as needed
  o Support adherence to compliance and governance standards
• Process Improvement & Standardization
  o Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend structured improvements
  o Support development and enforcement of SOPs for pricing, contracting, and intake processes
  o Reduce manual coordination through better process design and system utilization
  o Continuously improve turnaround time, accuracy, and overall execution quality

Position Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred. Associates degree with additional experience would be considered.
• 2-5+ years of experience in business operations, commercial operations, sales support, or a similar execution-focused role
• Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems), including intake management and data validation
• Strong understanding of commercial workflows, including pricing, contracting, and cross-functional coordination
• Experience managing high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Familiarity with healthcare/pharma segments (GPO, IDN, 340B, VA) preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
