Job Description

Gentle Wellness Center in Santa Monica, CA is looking for one receptionist to join our strong team. We are located on 910 Broadway Ste 112. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and screen phone calls
Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
Cover work with assisting clients as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
Flexibility to cover other shifts at times
Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
Time-management and organizational skills
