Clinical Skills Observer

Serve as a clinical skills observer in our Health Certification Programs. Two years experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required. Current unrestricted OK RN License is required. Experience working in long-term or extended care facility is preferred. The work schedule for this position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, day shift. Typical schedule not to exceed 19 hours per week. Essential Job Functions Demonstrate extensive knowledge of and experience in the appropriate subject matter. Observe clinical skills to ensure standards are met. Evaluate performance of students to ensure standards are met. Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. - prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.) Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.
