Exercise Specialist

Group Fitness Instructor Schedule: Part‑time, Variable How You’ll Contribute Teaches fundamental techniques and components using methods that include discussion, demonstration, repetitive practice, and integration of component skills into overall activity goals. Adheres to ACSM guidelines for safe exercise participation. Monitors the exercise floor to create a pleasant and safe area for members. Health & Fitness Center Access : What We’re Looking For Knowledge of health and fitness and at least one year of work experience in wellness, health promotion, health club, university and/or community recreation, or hospital fitness. High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred. Current certification in Personal Training, required (e.g., ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NCSA or other approved). American Red Cross CPR/AED, American Heart Association BLS, or American Heart Association CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.
