SUMMARY :

The Assistant Clinical Coordinator supports the Clinical Coordinator with the day-to-day operations of the patient care areas and serves as the Coordinator's backup in their absence. This role provides leadership and support to nurses, GI Techs, and support staff while helping ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care.Responsibilities include coordinating daily workflow, monitoring patient care needs, ensuring supplies are available for scheduled procedures, supporting staff training and competencies, and helps ensure compliance with center policies. The Assistant Clinical Coordinator works closely with the Clinical Coordinator and Clinical Director to helps identify opportunities to improve processes, promote teamwork and accountability, and maintain a positive and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate is a dependable team leader who communicates effectively, demonstrates sound judgment, and is willing to step in and provide leadership when needed.

Requirements :

• Active RN Licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• At least one (1) year leadership/ management experience

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in moving patients up to 350 pounds.

• Strong critical thinking, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
