The Impact You'll Make
As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, you’ll be the driving force behind our members’ transformation journeys. You’ll inspire, motivate, and guide people of all fitness levels to achieve goals they never thought possible. Your energy will set the tone for the room, your expertise will ensure safe and effective workouts, and your encouragement will keep members coming back — not just for the results, but for the experience.

  What You'll Do

• Lead high-energy, science-based group workouts that combine cardio, strength, and endurance training.
• Deliver personalized coaching cues to help members maximize results while maintaining proper form and safety.
• Use heart-rate-based technology to track performance and motivate members in real time.
• Build strong relationships with members, learning their goals and celebrating their milestones.
• Collaborate with the studio team to create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment.
• Assist in member onboarding, including fitness assessments and equipment orientation.
• Stay current on fitness trends, exercise science, and Orangetheory programming updates.

What You'll Bring

• A nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).
• Proven experience leading group fitness classes or personal training sessions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate diverse groups of people.
• A passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
• High energy, adaptability, and a team-first mindset.
