Systems AdministratorThe Systems Administrator ensures the reliability, security, and performance of ASHA's technology infrastructure, enabling staff to effectively advance the Association's mission. This role administers enterprise systems and cloud services, safeguards organizational data, and continuously improves technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and the user experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support server infrastructureAdminister user identity and access managementProvide advanced technical supportManage endpoint devicesSupport enterprise data protection and complianceMaintain and support enterprise-wide systemsEvaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to technology solutionsPlan, prioritize, and execute operational initiatives and technology projects in alignmentAutonomy & Decision Making:The Systems Administrator exercises sound judgment and operates with a moderate degree of independence in administering enterprise technology systems, resolving complex technical issues, and implementing solutions that support secure, reliable, and efficient operations.
