Picture this: You stand at a high-tech picking station while a fleet of intelligent robots navigates the warehouse, lifting entire shelving units and delivering them directly to you. Your job is the "final touch" the precision execution required to get the right medicine to the right patient.

• Work with Robotics: You aren’t a "picker"; you are a robotics operator . You’ll learn how to interact with AI-driven systems that optimize the flow of the entire building.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Picking: Use digital interfaces to accurately pull pharmaceutical orders as robots deliver inventory to your station.
• Quality Assurance: Perform precision checks to ensure medication counts and labels are 100% accurate.
• System Troubleshooting: Work alongside the tech team to ensure the robot "flow" remains uninterrupted.
• Safety Leadership: Maintain a "safety-first" perimeter in the human-robot shared workspace.
