Base Pay Range

\$150,000.00/yr – \$170,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement development programs that empower leadership and employees at all levels.
• Oversee performance and internal business initiatives to support long-term business and talent goals.
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll, compensation cycles, and benefits administration.
• Manage HR policies and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee administration of financial plans and partner on compensation strategy.
• Guide leadership through organizational design, employee relations, and change management with discretion and insight.
• Use data to evaluate trends, measure engagement, and inform executive reporting. Conduct regular audits of processes to stay ahead of changes and ensure strategic, informed decision‑making skills.
• Lead the planning of professional development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and culture‑building events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support an inclusive workplace culture.
