Senior HR Director (Four Days On-site/Week Required)
This energy company is seeking a strategic and people-driven Senior HR Director to lead the company’s HR functions and oversee talent strategy, workforce planning, and employee programs. The Senior HR Director will partner closely with executive leadership to drive initiatives that support business objectives, reinforce company values, and foster a dynamic, inclusive workplace. Base Pay Range
\$150,000.00/yr – \$170,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement development programs that empower leadership and employees at all levels.
- Oversee performance and internal business initiatives to support long-term business and talent goals.
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll, compensation cycles, and benefits administration.
- Manage HR policies and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee administration of financial plans and partner on compensation strategy.
- Guide leadership through organizational design, employee relations, and change management with discretion and insight.
- Use data to evaluate trends, measure engagement, and inform executive reporting. Conduct regular audits of processes to stay ahead of changes and ensure strategic, informed decision‑making skills.
- Lead the planning of professional development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and culture‑building events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support an inclusive workplace culture.
