Indirect Procurement Specialist
PTR Global
Client North America’s Indirect Procurement Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated procurement analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the creation and execution of category procurement strategies including but not limited to facilities management.
Key Focus Area
- Procurement support within the Facilities/Workplace Services space
- Procuring:
- Office furniture
- Janitorial/facility-related commodities
- Other indirect facility assets/services
- Not IT procurement
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Ariba (P2P)
- Strong background in:
- Indirect procurement
- Facility-related commodities/services
- Experience handling:
- RFPs
- RFQs
- Contracts
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Stable work history
- 1–3 month/Short term tenures will not be considered
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Work Model
- Hybrid schedule:
- Mon–Tue: Office
- Wed–Fri: Work from Home
