The Office Services Associate is responsible for providing corporate mailroom, facility and support services on-site in a professional office team environment. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward supervisor, assistant manager and site manager positions./ppHourly rate of pay: $19.00 - 20.00 hourly./ppMonday - Friday - 8am - 5pm (no weekends)./ph3Responsibilities/h3pJob responsibilities:/pulliMicrosoft Teams experience a plus/liliConference room/hospitality/liliLight admin duties in maintain daily logs and records/liliOperating mailing, copy and fax equipment/liliMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude/liliTyping correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned/liliShipping receiving; ordering supplies; updating employee lists/liliPick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers/liliLift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper/liliHandle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages/liliMaintain copier equipment/liliDemonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment/liliConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelines/liliTake direction from supervisor or site manager/liliParticipate in cross-training; maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail/liliAdhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) - college degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management/liliCustomer service/hospitality/retail background preferred/liliProfessional appearance and demeanor/liliKeyboarding and windows environment PC skills/liliExcellent communication skills both verbal and written/liliAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment/liliCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks/liliAbility to meet employers attendance policy/liliA valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work/liliLifting up to 55 pounds/li/ulpIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
