Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to aid clients in overcoming addiction and related challenges.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care physicians, to design and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs, promoting holistic healing.

• Provide critical crisis intervention services, effectively assessing client situations and making appropriate referrals for additional support services when needed.

• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy and quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
