Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and substance use issues to inform appropriate treatment plans.

• Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster professional development and team cohesion.

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, providing ongoing counseling and crisis intervention as required.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, counselors, and other specialists to create and implement holistic treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals struggling with mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders, including but not limited to detoxification clients. You will provide both one-on-one and group therapy, addressing the unique challenges faced by these populations in their recovery journeys. Your empathetic approach will help build trust and rapport with clients, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current active LCSW license in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain one.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct clinical services in mental health or substance use treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
