Crossroads Community Church is a Spirit-filled, non-denominational church with a mission to see rural communities transformed for Christ and develop the next generation of leaders. Founded in 1969, Crossroads has grown into a multisite church with approximately 1,200 people attending across its campuses each week. The Galena campus is a well-established congregation of approximately 120 people, offering the opportunity to provide meaningful local leadership while benefiting from the resources and support of a larger church network. The next Campus Pastor will build relationships, strengthen discipleship, develop ministry leaders, and help the church deepen its impact throughout Galena and the surrounding communities. The Campus Pastor will: Shepherd and care for the Galena congregation Preach and teach God's Word with clarity and practical application Lead engaging weekend worship services and campus ministries Recruit, equip, and encourage staff and volunteer leaders Strengthen small groups, discipleship, and spiritual growth Support children's and youth ministries and engage families Build relationships throughout the community and expand local outreach Partner with campus elders and the broader Crossroads leadership team Help guide the campus into its next season of healthy ministry and growth The right person will be a spiritually mature, relational pastor who leads with humility, integrity, and genuine care for people. They will be a gifted communicator, a collaborative team builder, and someone who values both pastoral ministry and organizational leadership. Most importantly, they will be committed to building trust, putting down roots, and serving the community for years to come. Why Galena? This is a full-time, salaried position with compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 , depending on qualifications and experience.
