Recruiter Construction Skilled Trades

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter to join our team!
This role is high-volume recruiting specific to skilled trades roles within the construction industry. Candidates must have 2 years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily light industrial manufacturing hospitality healthcare IT tech etc. backgrounds).
- Location: Tampa FL
- Salary Range: $/yr (depending on experience)
- Incentive: $2500-$3500 in monthly incentives/commission
- Hours: 40 hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing screening and interviewing
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards referrals social media and networking
- Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience
- Accurately maintain candidate data employee files and compliance requirements
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent staffing deadlines
Qualifications
- 2 years of dedicated recruiting to skilled trades / construction roles
- Strong sourcing skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure when addressing regular high-demand requests and needs
- Bilingual a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly
- MSP/VMS (vendor management) experience a plus
- Avionte JazzHR and/or Fieldglass experience a plus
