About the team: The team leads the execution of construction on remodel projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. They collaborate closely with contractors, architects, and cross-functional partners to maintain high standards in quality, compliance, and safety. Focused on effective project governance, the team proactively manages risks and resolves challenges to drive progress. They oversee all phases from pre-construction planning to project closeout, emphasizing clear communication, strong leadership, and continuous process improvement to support Walmart’s operational goals and construction excellence.
