Supply Chain Analyst

This position is considered office-first. An office-first employee can flex between in-office work and working from home based on personal or professional need, at the discretion of their supervisor. An office-first employee maintains an office presence at least three days per week at their designated Scooter’s Coffee office location. Scooter’s Coffee is headquartered in Omaha, NE. The successful candidate lives in Omaha, NE. Relocation is not available for this role. Description The Supply Chain Process Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and optimization of WMS systems, improving business processes, supporting warehouse projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain network. This role partners with all Supply Chain and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency, system performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as Supply Chain lead on process & system, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs. Partner with Supply Chain and IT teams to identify business needs, analyze requirements, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service levels. Support the implementation, configuration, testing, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of warehouse management (Softeon), transportation management, and enterprise systems (Netsuite). Analyze operational processes, workflows, and system performance to identify root causes, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and business data to evaluate process effectiveness and support data-driven decision making. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, recommend solutions, and ensure timely resolution. Develop, maintain, and update Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), process maps, training materials, and system documentation. Support change management initiatives through communication, documentation, and post-implementation support. Evaluate and recommend system enhancements, workflow automations, and process improvements that support scalability and operational excellence. Partner with warehouse, inventory, transportation, and supply chain optimization teams to standardize processes across multiple locations and improve overall network performance. Manage and prioritize support requests, system incidents, and enhancement opportunities through established ticketing and project management processes. Assist with system implementations, ERP upgrades, and WMS deployments by coordinating testing, documentation, training, and end-user readiness activities. Assist and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new technology implementations. Monitor system functionality and operational performance, escalating issues appropriately while recommending corrective and preventive actions. Support cross-functional projects by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful execution. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess results, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in identifying cost-savings opportunities, process efficiencies, and operational improvements throughout the supply chain network. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2-4 years of warehouse/distribution leadership or applicable experience 2-4 years of WMS experience (WHS) – Strongly Preferred Previous experience in continuous improvement, lean management and process auditing – Strongly Preferred Proven track record of improving process and utilizing continuous improvement tools to improve performance and efficiencies in a warehouse environment Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), with experience in implementing or managing WMS implementations. Excellent project management skills with the ability to assist in leading cross-functional teams and deliver results. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Detail Oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cross-functionally with departments across the organization Proficient in Microsoft Offices and Excel Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement methodologies, or process mapping is preferred.
