Lead Cook
The Role at a Glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead cook to our collegiate team in Buckhannon, WV. As a lead cook, you will have the opportunity to handle and prepare food while training and supervising a team of exceptional foodservice professionals.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items.
- Adhering to recipes while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe work environment.
- Following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Controlling food and inventory costs.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent multitasking, leadership, and communication skills.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field.
