Human Resources Generalist

Our client located in Gardner, MA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their growing team. Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience, with a focus on talent acquisition for technical, skilled trades, or manufacturing roles. Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or multi‑site organization is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruiting, including developing talent pipelines, implementing structured interview methodologies, assessing candidates, utilizing external agencies and sourcing tools, and optimizing recruiting strategies. Strong knowledge of employment laws related to hiring and selection. Proficiency with HRIS or ATS. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. Responsibilities Manage and drive consistency in full‑cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a consistent, professional candidate experience. Partner with management to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies that align with broader organizational goals. Build candidate pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles, track recruiting metrics, and maintain relationships with external recruiting stakeholders. Support onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning efforts. Maintain data in HRIS and prepare reports. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
