Assistant General Manager (AGM) -Trussville

Overview:
At Raindrop Car Wash, we deliver a standout wash experience every time-powered by great people, clean facilities, and top-tier service. As AGM, you're the right hand to the General Manager, leading daily operations, energizing the team, and driving sales while keeping the site running at its best.

What You'll Do:

• Champion a high-energy sales culture and grow memberships
• Run day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and staffing
• Keep all areas (prep, lot, kiosk, tunnel) executing at a high standard
• Coach team members to connect with customers and close sales
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Uphold company policies and performance expectations
• Spot and address basic mechanical or operational issues
• Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales experience with a customer-first mindset
• Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to manage performance and hold teams accountable
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Able to lift 35+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoors

Work Environment:
Fast-paced, hands-on, and primarily outdoors. You'll work in varying weather conditions around water, chemicals, and equipment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and shift coverage is expected.
