Assistant Kitchen Manager / Lead line cook

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at 4Speed On 50 LLC as an Assistant Kitchen Manager! In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly while maintaining our high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food preparation meets safety and quality standards.
Supervise and train kitchen staff on best practices.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Implement and maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols.
Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.
Monitor food costs and help maintain budgetary goals.
Support the Kitchen Manager in scheduling staff shifts.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Passion for food and commitment to quality.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

4Speed On 50 LLC has been present in the Lawrenceburg community for over 5 years. During that time we have built up our campus to now what is a Destination Place! In addition to our 50's Diner we have two gift shops, a car museum, a full service fuel center with soft serve ice cream and a newly opened mini golf putt-putt course. Our customers love our commitment to provide a fun, family friendly environment that offers an experience like no other! Our employees appreciate the supportive, energetic and fun work environment we foster. We are family owned and operated and committed to provide the best possible experience.
