Service Representative – Commercial Odor Control & Scent Marketing

Aire-Master of Salt Lake / Western Utah
Part-Time | $19-$25 per hour + Production Bonus Opportunities + Commission Opportunities

We’re Looking for a Leader:

Aire-Master is looking for an experienced, dependable Service Representative who takes pride in doing excellent work.

This is not a position for someone who needs to be constantly reminded, closely supervised, or given step-by-step instructions throughout the day. We need someone who can plan the work, execute the plan, communicate when conditions change, solve problems, and follow through until the job is done correctly.

The right person will take ownership of their route, customers, equipment, vehicle, inventory, and results. When a problem arises, they will not make excuses or pass it along for someone else to handle. They will assess the situation, find a solution, communicate clearly, and get the job done.

What You’ll Do:

As a Service Rep, you will represent Aire-Master at commercial properties throughout Utah, including apartment communities, hotels, healthcare facilities, gyms, offices, and other businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and completing an assigned service route efficiently
• Servicing commercial scenting and odor-control equipment
• Inspecting, cleaning, filling, programming, and testing equipment
• Troubleshooting equipment and resolving service issues
• Installing and removing equipment according to company standards
• Communicating professionally with customers and property staff
• Identifying concerns before they become customer complaints
• Maintaining accurate service records and completing required documentation
• Keeping your company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory organized
• Following property-specific instructions, safety requirements, and vendor credentialing procedures
• Supporting teammates when additional help is needed
• Protecting customer relationships through reliable, consistent service
• Looking for appropriate opportunities to improve service or recommend additional solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Professional communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Ability to learn equipment programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Ability to use a smartphone for routing, service records, and company communication
• Ability to work independently throughout the day
• Ability to lift, carry, and safely install service equipment
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, reach, and work on your feet
• Ability to pass applicable background, driving-record, and drug-screening requirements

(Previous experience in field service, facilities maintenance, HVAC, pest control, route service, equipment repair, property maintenance, or a similar hands-on position is strongly preferred.)
