Ambulatory Medical Practices MSO, Inc. (AMP) supporting ColumbiaDoctors is currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Exercise Physiologists to join our growing team.

AMP is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that provides clinical and administrative support for ColumbiaDoctors , one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty practices in the Northeast. Key Responsibilities

• Review patient medical history and rationale for stress testing.
• Interview and educate patients pre-stress test.
• Prepare patients for stress testing.
• Administer and supervise exercise and non-pharmacologic stress tests.
• Provide preliminary stress test interpretation to health care team.
• Provide static and dynamic EKG monitoring and interpretation (12 lead and rhythm strips) during the stress test.
• Perform rest and exercise blood pressure monitoring.
• Collaborate with diagnostic and clinical teams.
• Assist with stress equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Provide technical support in emergency situations.

Required Experience/Skills

• 1 year experience in cardiac stress testing lab or rehab, including clinical rotations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide physical assistance to patients when needed.
• Ability to demonstrate 12 Lead EKG interpretation and arrhythmia recognition skills

Preferred Experience/Skills

• 1 year EPIC experience

Education/License/Certification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Exercise Physiology or similar science-based allied health curriculum (Required)
• ACLS/BLS certification (Required)
• Completed ACSM Clinical Exercise Specialist or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification (Preferred)

Work Location: On-site.

Salary Range: $32 to $35 per hour
