Our growing insurance and financial services office is looking for a Multi-Line Insurance Sales Representative who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals, and wants to build strong sales and relationship skills. You will work with customers across multiple insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance . Insurance experience is not required. We provide training, coaching, and support to help the right person learn our products, systems, and sales process. What You'll Do Build relationships with prospective and existing customers Quote and sell multiple insurance products Help customers understand coverage options Identify additional insurance needs during conversations Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-up, and outbound activity Present recommendations clearly and professionally Follow up consistently with prospects and customers Work toward individual and team sales goals Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Goal-driven and motivated by measurable results Competitive and eager to improve Confident talking with new people Comfortable with sales and asking for the business Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Persistent and able to stay motivated after hearing "no" Organized and consistent with follow-up Accountable for your performance Honest, dependable, hardworking, and professional You do not need to be an insurance expert when you start.
