Senior Technical Product Manager

You’ll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution—owning delivery of complex, data-driven, and AI-powered fintech, shopping, and payments products. What You'll Do:

• Translate projects, initiatives and quarterly rocks into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
• Partner closely with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch high-quality features.
• Own technical product documentation, user stories, and release management end-to-end.
• Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
• Constantly run A/B tests and experiments, driving learning loops from idea to measurable outcome.
• Ensure alignment across engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through clear communication and ruthless prioritization.
• Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies early—and manage them proactively.
• Operate with urgency and ownership in an environment with evolving requirements and constraints.
• Collaborate with data and AI teams to bring intelligence and automation into product workflows.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline (required).
• Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently.
• 6–10 years of product experience , ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products.
• Proven record of building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration.
• Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications —personally, professionally, or better yet, both!
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Analytical, structured thinker who can translate technical complexity into actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication—can hold your own in both engineering standups and executive reviews.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with regulated credit, lending, e-commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products.
• Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure (LLMs, MCP’s, or model ops) .
• Background in two-sided marketplaces or payments orchestration.
