Salesforce CPQ Administrator / Analyst

Becton Dickinson & Co

This role supports commercial growth through Salesforce and CPQ administration, business analytics, and sales operations. The position partners with commercial leaders to deliver data-driven insights, maintain system integrity, and optimize business processes across a global life sciences organization.

Responsibilities

Administer Salesforce and CPQ systems including user access, security, workflows, dashboards, and configurations
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports analyzing sales performance, pipeline health, and commercial metrics
Support forecasting, territory planning, and account management processes with data-driven insights
Execute data governance activities including cleansing, validation, and quality controls across commercial systems
Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into system and process solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or Data Science
5+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, or CRM Administration
Hands-on Salesforce or comparable CRM platform administration experience
Advanced Power BI skills with dashboard development and data visualization expertise
Ability to analyze business data and deliver actionable recommendations
Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
