Regional Manager

This position is responsible for ensuring growth of the company while maintaining cultural standards and commitment to the Aligned Fitness Holdings mission and values. The Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring sales and achieving growth targets. The Regional Manager should develop leaders that share our core values; these include, but are not limited to, General Managers, Education Coordinators, Lead Instructors, and Instructor Managers. Core Values: Believe Pilates can benefit every single body Confidence in our product that changes lives Expertise in our instruction and commitment to growth Diverse and welcoming environments where EveryBODY feels they belong Coachable and relatable environments Friendly and approachable team members Inclusive and Invested community builders Job responsibilities to include: Putting the Right People in the Right Seats Ensuring that our people have the right information and skills to do their job More Members, Buying More Services that are Engaged and Dedicated Marketing plans that create cohesion amongst members and staff across studios in the region Recommend new, approved product lines to increase retail sales Communicate approved promotions on retail, private training and memberships to all staff Visit individual studios on a regular basis to review retail to make suggestions on needed changes (minimum of bi-weekly) Attend all sales staff training/meetings Maintain ongoing knowledge of studio performance and areas of opportunity Meet quarterly sales goals as agreed upon with VP of Operations and Ownership Develop monthly sales goals with GMs to ensure growth at each studio Manage membership issues & opportunities: Monitor intro show and conversion rates, suggest changes when necessary across all studios; Ensure that all intros are taught as directed. Communicate with members when an issue has been elevate and reconcile all insurance memberships each month Staff Lead hiring process of new General Managers within Region Onboard and train new General Managers within Region Managing and supporting studios during presale, soft open and grand open Retain employees by assisting GMs in creating plans to train and retain employees in their region Monitor Pronto for all communication needs across studios within Region Across all Studios within the Region, report success and areas of opportunity to ownership group Daily audits of Club Ready to include reports, tasks, contacts and schedule Products: Determine product sales and percentage of profit each month Memberships: Effectively monitor membership growth, attrition rates and communication needs Draft Reports: Determine areas of inconsistency in billing Class Conversions: Monitor conversion rates at intro classes to determine class changes and training that may be needed Gross sales: Monitor the overall growth of the studio across revenue streams Refunds: Determine when refunds are affecting overall revenue of the studio and ways to improve Lead Management: Track activities across all locations to determine areas of improvement with call cadence procedures. Time Clock: Ensure that all employees are clocking hours correctly Develop budgets and monitor expenses for retail, supplies and events Monitor social media for daily posts that will engage members and prospects Report any areas of concern to GM Development Assist with ClubReady questions from GMs Develop sales schedules with GMs to meet payroll expectations Communicate daily as needed to answer questions and solve membership or staff issues Weekly/bi-weekly meetings with GMs to discuss studio concerns, successes and areas of opportunity Monthly GM meetings to discuss updates, areas of improvement and previous month’s success Annual performance reviews Spot issues & help GMs tackle before they impact studio health Create and place employees on PIPs as needed Brainstorm fixes with GMs when a specific issue rises in studio health Regular assistance to GMs when needed to get a specific line item back on track Approve monthly workshops Discuss instructor areas of opportunity Approve scheduling of continuing education Attend needed meetings to discuss instructor performance and expectations Monthly calls with EC Instructor Manager Develop schedules across studios to meet membership needs Recommend schedule changes based on class utilization Discuss and resolve member feedback on classes and instructors Attend needed meetings with instructors to make scheduling changes based on performance Monthly calls to discuss instructors’ schedule requests and studio needs Audition and hire new instructors Onboard new instructors Ensure all instructors complete bridge training through corporate education department Track graduation rates and apprenticeships Communicate TT sessions to GM for scheduling purposes Lead Instructors Discuss feedback for instructors Review instructor audits and recommendations for mentorships Monthly calls to discuss areas of opportunity for instructors across all AFH locations Review monthly equipment checklists This role is continuing to evolve and additional responsibilities may be added #J-18808-Ljbffr Aligned Fitness Holdings
