Senior Federal Subcontracts Strategist
Maximus
Maximus is seeking a Subcontracts leader to oversee full lifecycle management of subcontractor performance across multiple programs. You will guide proposal strategy, negotiations, and awards while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and company policies.
This role drives strategic subcontracting initiatives in a matrixed environment. You will advise project teams, manage OSS tools, and supervise a team focused on high-value contracts, data integrity, and continuous improvement in subcontract
