Job Summary

We are seeking a certified QMA to join our team at Envive Healthcare of Berne, a reputable and resident-centered senior living community in Berne, Indiana. Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

• Monitor and report any changes or concerns about the residents' health and well-being

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and other personal care needs

Requirements

• QMA Certification in the State of Indiana

• An understanding of medication administration procedures and successful completion of a state-approved training course
