Position Summary: We are seeking experienced and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) in Doylestown, PA (18901) to provide in-home care to seniors. We offer both hourly and live-in opportunities. As a DCW, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and offering companionship and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Promote client independence and engagement in daily routines
- Follow care plans and document services accurately
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience working with seniors in a DCW, HHA, or CNA role
- Reliable and verifiable professional references are required
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including live-in assignments
- Must pass all background checks, TB testing, and physical exam
- Reliable transportation is preferred
