Senior Salesforce Administrator

Competitive Salary + Comprehensive Benefits An established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of a complex Salesforce environment and drive continuous improvement across the platform. This is a highly autonomous position suited to someone who enjoys partnering directly with stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and delivering impactful enhancements using Salesforce's declarative capabilities. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the Salesforce ecosystem while supporting strategic business initiatives and platform integrations. What You'll Be Doing Own the day-to-day administration of a sophisticated Salesforce environment. Manage users, profiles, permission sets, security, and overall platform governance. Design, build, and maintain declarative solutions including Flows, Lightning Pages, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Lead data quality initiatives, including imports, exports, deduplication, and ongoing governance. Manage release processes, sandbox environments, testing, and deployments. Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with development partners where required. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand requirements and priorities. Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Document requirements, workflows, and solution designs. Strategic Projects & Implementations Support major business transformation initiatives, platform integrations, and system enhancements. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and change management activities. Ensure data and business processes remain aligned across integrated systems. Required Experience 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience. Strong hands-on expertise with Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, reporting, dashboards, and Salesforce security. Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. Strong understanding of user experience and process design principles. Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept through delivery. Working knowledge of SOQL and relational database concepts. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
